He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Russell V. Bollinger and Martha M. Bollinger (Cripe); his daughter Melodie Bollinger; his daughter-in-law Michelle Bollinger; and his siblings, Rex, John, Wilford Lynn Bollinger, Janet Crumley, Retha Bechtelheimer and Anita Cline.
He is survived by: his brother Wade; his sons, Ty Martin Bollinger and Steven Wade Bollinger; his sisters, Karen Hand (Jerry) of North Manchester and Christine Beery (Stanley) of North Manchester; and his granddaughter Sydney Bollinger.
