She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Blair and Irene Blair (Deskins); her husband Paul; her siblings, Merle Sheppard, Ann Damron and Howard; and her brothers-in-law, Charles "Shep" Sheppard and Charles "Fuzz" Alexander.

She is survived by: her children, Melinda (Donald Burton) of Mentone and Warren (Jestina Schultz) of Rochester; her grandson Zack Schultz; her siblings, Gary Blair of Lenore, Wanda Sheppard of Gahanna and Carrie "Sis" Alexander of Lenore; her sister-in-law Leal Blair of Chicago; and her close friend Dewayne Brubaker of North Manchester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County.
