He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey C. Terrill and Ruth I. Terrill (Bayliss); and his brother Richard H. Terrill. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Terrill; his sons, Brett Terrill (Diann), Gregg Terrill (Sandra) and Kent Terrill (Janet); his siblings, Dean Terrill (Linda), Jane Damschroder (Al) and Janet Jones (Dick); and his sister-in-law Eleanor Terrill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
