He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Ousley and Lurannie Ousley Sr. (Ousley); his wife Marcia Ousley; his brother Roy Ousley; and his sister-in-law Linda Sue Ousley.
He is survived by: his brother Jerry Ousley; his siblings-in-law, Becky Ousley and Brent Hines; his nephews, Kevin Ousley (Pam) and Rodney Ousley (Michelle); his niece Lisa Muffley (Eric); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mariah Bennett (Austin), Clay Ousley, Kylee Ousley, Emma Ousley, Breyanna Ousley-Lugo (Job) and Blake Ousley; and also Dustin Bennett.
