He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymond E. Fisher and C. Marie Fisher (Walls); and his brother Jim Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lou Little; his sons, Neil B. Fisher (Jennifer) of Fishers and Jeff S. Fisher (Erin) of Fishers; and his grandchildren, Jordan Hughes of Orlando, Kennedy Fisher of Tucson, Austin Fisher (Brittley Deaton) of Colorado Springs, Stella Fisher of Fishers and Edie Fisher of Fishers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to the Nancy Lou Fisher Memorial Waterfall Fund - North Manchester Parks and Rec.
