She was predeceased by: her son Rod Azbell; her grandson Matthew Miller; and her brothers, Eugene Manns, Russell Manns, Edward Manns, Dayton Manns and Ortie Manns.
She is survived by: her spouse Merrill Azbell; her children, Steven Azbell of Laketon and Terri Miller of Osceola; her grandchildren, Amy Azbell-Nice (Stacy Nice) of Laketon, Jason Azbell (Deanna), Marcey Miller-Stone (Cory Stone), Martyn Miller of Fort Wayne, Danielle Shennefield (Derrik) and Brigham Azbell; and her siblings, Della Leckrone (Lamoine) of Warsaw, Becky Spangle (Duane) of Claypool and Mitchell Manns of Warsaw.
