She is survived by: her husband Glen Callaway; her children, Doris, Stephen Callaway (Sylvia), David Callaway (Pam), Thomas Callaway (Miriam), Mark Callaway (Caroline), Phillip Callaway (Natalie), Timothy Callaway, Martha Miller (David), Rebecca Brown (Ronald), Sarah Root (Reuben), Rachel Flory (Kent) and Ruth Callaway; her siblings, Dr. Kenneth Shively (Patty), Marie Blocher Baker of Rossville and Leona Skiles of Rossville; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Shively and Evelyn Shively Sarver.
