He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Fingerle and Anna Maude Fingerle (Miller); his wife Helen Frantz; his daughter Norma Jean Fingerle; his parents-in-law, Jacob and Ethel Frantz (Renicker); his siblings, Kenneth (Anna), Robert (Gladys), Elsie (Robert Geiser), Pauline (Ralph Miller), Don (Betty) and Doris (Dale Kelsey); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Frantz (Lucille), Leon Frantz (Opal) and Robert Frantz (Esther).
He is survived by: his children, Richard Duane Fingerle (Susan) of Burlington, James Allen Fingerle (Tammy) of Pierceton, Gary Dean Fingerle of New Paris and Cheryl Ann Ganger (Donald) of New Paris. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
