He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Millar (Goodall); his children, Todd Millar (Allison), Andrew Millar (Amy), Chris Stedman (Kathleen), Kevin Stedman, Kelley Stedman and Craig Stedman; and his brothers, David Millar (Renee) and Douglas Millar (Mary Anne).
