She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmn Balsley and Callie Balsley (Winkleback); her husband Charles Nickels; and her brothers, Robert and Howard Balsley.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Denney (Pat) of North Liberty, Beth Jasinski (Rick) of Milton, FL and Daniel Nickels of Bremen; her grandchildren, Angela Shidaker (Jason), Anne Metteer, Jessica Dennis (Mitch), Ethan Wolfe (Felicia) and Kali Denney; and her great grandchildren, Preston, Eliana, Aidan, Easton, Colin, Caitlin, Emalyn, Logan, Archer and Maren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the caring team at Heartland Hospice, 230 W. Catalpa Dr. D Mishawaka, IN 46545 who cared for and loved Wanda.
