It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Moffett of North Liberty, Indiana, born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ronald C. Springett; and her brother Ronnie Springett. She is survived by: her husband Richard B. Moffett; her sons, John Andrew Smith (Irasema) of Canyon Country, Scott H. Smith (Joyce) of South Bend and Cory G. Smith (Jeanine) of South Bend; her stepdaughters, Tanya L. Ellis (Michael) of South Bend and Tara M. Foster of Rolling Prairie; and her grandchildren, Monica, Jessica, Elvis, Ashley, Devon, Madison, Gayton, Gabe, Christopher, Andrew, Bryanna, Chelbi, Angaleyse and Channing. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
