Nielsen (North Liberty, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Nielsen; and his wife Valerie Boyer. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Nielsen (Hertel); his brother Andrew Nielsen; his siblings-in-law, Steve Nellis and Shirley Nielsen; his daughter Fay Flournoy (Matthew); his siblings, Cherie Nellis and Greg Nielsen (Diana); and his sister-in-law Betsey Nielsen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a small group of friends that were a whole lot more like family than just friends.
