He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Chlebowski; and his father-in-law Richard Dill. He is survived by: his mother Stella Chlebowski (Slaby) of South Bend, Indiana; his spouse Rusti J. Dill; his daughters, Hannah and Emily; his brothers, Scott Chlebowski (Traci) of South Bend, Indiana and Paul Chlebowski of South Bend, Indiana; his mother-in-law Roberta Dill of North Liberty, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Cole (Walter), Robert Dill and Rami Dill (Lori). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be directed to a trust fund for his daughters, c/o South Bend Firefighters Credit Union.
