He was predeceased by: his father Howard Penrod. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Penrod (Hoffman); his siblings, Sandra Stewart (Larry Roberts), Linda Bella (David Swihart), Brian Penrod, Kevin Penrod (Linda) and Dale Penrod; and his close friends, Katie and John Anthony. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
