LaVine; his daughters, Myshell "Shelly" Gilleand (Dan) of Mishawaka and Barbara "Barbie" Ford of Waxahachie, Texas; his grandchildren, Daniel Morrison (Joey) of Mishawaka, Michael Toner of Mishawaka, Brenna Toner of Mishawaka, Justin Miller, Cody Miller, Tyler Miller and Katie Miller of Texas; his great grandchildren, Kirie, Ayden, Rhea and Wyatt of Mishawaka; his brothers, Henry Ford (Deb) of Mishawaka, Jimmy Ford of South Bend, Billy Ford (Alicia) of Mishawaka and David Ford (Mary) of Bremen, Indiana.; and his sisters-in-law, Sheila Ford (Eddie) and Joanne Ford-Kline (Thomas).
