It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Rangel (North Liberty, Indiana), born in Santa Rosa, Texas, who passed away on July 21, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Rangel and Francisca Rangel Sr. (Navaro); and his siblings, Ruben, Roy, Merced, Ricardo, Julian, Juaita Alvaelo, Corrina Aguliar and Lupe Rangel.
He is survived by: his wife Joann (Yung) of Grovertown; his daughters, Patricia Rangel (Keith Green) of South Bend, Veronica Reynolds of South Bend, Fransisca Rangel (Scott Feliciano) of South Bend, Monica Hacker (Adam Hacker) of Pittsburgh, PA and River Rangel of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Lauren, Jamie, Timothy, Isaiah, Daysha, Skyler and Jacob; his stepchildren, Jerrod Stout (Shelly) of Grovertown and Geneva Bankert (Matthew) of Buchanan, VA; and his siblings, Pedro Rangel Jr. of LaPorte, Maria Rangel of Decatur, MI and Menne Rodriquez of Mineral Wells, TX.. He is also survived by eight step grandchildren; nine step great grandchildren.
