It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jake A. Herndon Sr. (North Liberty, Indiana), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Ariana Herndon; his father Jimmy Edward Herndon; and his grandmother Myrtis Herndon. He is survived by: his sons, Caleb Herndon (Ashley) of North Liberty and Jake Herndon, Jr. of North Liberty; his granddaughter Blakelynn; his mother Gwendolyn Diane LaVigne (Dave) of South Bend; his siblings, Roxie Morgan (Kyle) of Walkerton, Jesse Herndon of Ogden, UT and Brian Graham of Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Rene, Myah, Dillon, Bryanna, Zander and Gracelynn. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
