He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Schlarb and Ina Belle Schlarb (Howell); his wife Margaret Patnaude; his son Michael Schlarb; and his great grandchild Scotty Imbro.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Imbro (Frank) of Elkhart and Kathryn Hyndman (Troy) of Elkhart; and his siblings, Lois Ann Blachley of Mishawaka and Dale Schlarb (Joan) of South Bend. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
