He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Patrick and Nelle Patrick (Prater). He is survived by: his daughter Tammy L. Holderbaum of North Liberty; his grandchildren, Brandon Patrick (Tracie) of Walkerton and Jami Holderbaum (Dave Brown) of Three Rivers, MI; his great grandchildren, Austin Patrick and Ryder Gene Patrick; and his siblings, JoAnn Boyd (Robert) of Brookville, OH, Carole Buettner (Harry) of LaPorte and Phillip Patrick (Judy) of Mishawaka.
