He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gensinger and Inez Gensinger (Mangus); his grandson Michael Gensinger; and his sister Genova Kaser. He is survived by: his sons, David Gensinger (Judy) of Walkerton, Gregory Gensinger (Kathy) of North Liberty, Chris Gensinger (Janet) of Scottsdale, AZ and Jeffrey Gensinger (Lisa) of North Liberty; his grandchildren, Alicia Whitmer (Steve), Jennifer Hollopeter (Ryan), Julie Slater (Rusty), Bryan Gensinger (Brenna), Beth Becker (John), Dan Gensinger (Laurel), Ryan Gensinger (Ashley), Jason Gensinger and Kyle Gensinger; and his sister Anna Lou Denaut. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
