She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Pugsley and Grace Pugsley (Bigelow); her husband William H. O'Connor; her brothers, Edgar and Robert Pugsley; her grandson Chad O'Connor; and her sister Elinore.
She is survived by: her children, Robbie Luther (Dean) of Walkerton, Kevin O'Connor of North Liberty and Mark O'Connor (Sharon) of North Liberty; her brother Larry Pugsley of Minnesota; and her grandchildren, Michelle Quick (Patrick), Jaron O'Connor (Gretel), Jessica Beam (James), Carissa Bland (Christopher), Carissa Morris (Quin), Patrick Luther (Cara), Wesley O'Connor (Adrienne), Donald O'Connor (Mayra), Aacen O’Connor (Megan), Crystal Greer (R. J.), Jermaine O’Connor and Tiara O’Connor. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
