She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Forester and Elizabeth Forester (VanGessel); her daughter Patricia L. Blotnicki; her granddaughter Aryanna; and her siblings, Margaret Fleming, Charles and Robert Forester.
She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Jorgenson of Mishawaka, Elizabeth "Betty" Jorgenson of Walkerton and Dawn M. Shields (Jimmy) of North Liberty; and her grandchildren, Sheila Wolf (Jason), David Jorgenson (Spring), Tabatha Jorgenson (Jeffery Creal), Amber Hargrove (Richard), Michael Jorgenson, Jr., Janet Jorgenson (Kevin Jacobs), Kayla Jorgenson and Jake Herndon. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
