He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Roush and Katherine Roush (Olinger); and his spouse Lakeville (Nancy Worm). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann Church (Gary), Martha Tyler, Janice Brown and Bill Root; his former wife Karen Roush (Perry); his stepdaughter Kandis Looze (Ray); his grandsons, Drew David Roush (Jessica) and Jared Wayne Roush (Jaclyn); his stepgrandchildren, Bryce and McKenzie Looze; his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Stella; and also, Lance David Roush and Victoria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
