He was predeceased by: his father Paul Vanden Bossche; and his brother Dennis Vanden Bossche. He is survived by: his daughter Kate Kovatch (Dan) of Okinawa, Japan; his mother Winifred Vanden Bossche of South Bend; and his siblings, Michlene (Gary) of Washington, DC and David Vanden Bossche of South Bend.
