Andis (Andrea) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Cody, Ethan, Gracin and Allison Andis; and her sisters, Carmen Phillips (Norman) of New Palestine, Janice Carlton (Ronald) of New Palestine and Brenda Linn (Dave) of Mt. Juliet.
