He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Miller and Fern L. Miller Sr. (Yocum); and his brothers, Keith and Craig Caldwell. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Halpin (Ashley), Steven Miller and Robert Miller; and his siblings, Mary Collins and Samuel Miller.
