She was predeceased by: her parents, William King (King) and Susie Jane King (Taulbee); her husband Floyd Carson Rowe; and her siblings, William King Jr., David King, Mary White, Ruby Tolson and Viola Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie John Rowe of Salyersville, KY, Kenny Mack Rowe (Mary) of Salyersville, KY, Floyd Carson Rowe Jr. (Maryann) of Salyersville, KY, Kathy Lynn Wera of North Judson, IN and Ruby Ann Frasure (Rabion) of Winamac, IN; and her siblings, Paul King of Jackson, KY, Dessie Londergan of Dayton, OH and Betty Neace of North Judson, IN.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
