He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose "Jim" Childers and Mahala Childers (Preston); his siblings, Charles, Billy Don, James, Jackson and Margie Childers (Lewandowski); and his former wife Dorothy Rose Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle, Michael (Freda), Mark Childers (Emily) and Rick Patrick (Amy). He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
In leau of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Cheryl Lyn Welter Charitable Foundation in memory of Paul Childers.
