He was predeceased by: his parents, Brian Howard and Olivia Howard; his wife Mary Howard (Russell); and his grandchildren, Adam Terry and Martha Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Howard of Knox, Greg Howard of North Judson, Debbie Lenart of North Judson, Eric Howard of Chicago, Jackie Theis of North Judson and Daniel Howard of North Judson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
