We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Leatrice Hochstedler (North Judson, Indiana). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Langley Minix and Frances Minix; her siblings, Denver of Donald, J. C., Billie Joe Minix, Juanita Howard, Wynona Fitz and Anna Faye; and her daughter Sherry Jorczak (Tom).

She is survived by: her husband John Albert Hochstedler; her children, Francine Shepherd (Morgan), Rhonda Adams (Mike), Russell Hochstedler (Sharon), Rob Hochstedler (Renay) and Ron Hochstedler (Suzie); and her sisters, Edna Richie (Adrian) and Loretta Craft (Butch). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the NJSP Athletic Department or a charity of your choice.

“So sorry I missed the services. Leatrice was one of my favorite people. Working together at Glenmark, I remember our break times…Leatrice liked to talk…and I could listen to her all day! She had such a good sense of humor along with her “tell it like it is” way, that made it so fun to be around her. I will always remember her signature laugh. Her children can be proud, I’m sure, of the hard working, caring person she was. I am sincerely saddened that she is no longer with us. Kathy Sallee”
