He is survived by: his parents, Chad Neeley and Deanna Vierke; his wife Joanne Jacobs; his children, Kyle Jr., Jazmen and Kayne; and his siblings, Tamara Neeley, Camron Neeley, Raven Vierke, Tamea Rowe and Tyler Rowe. He is also survived by many aunts & uncles, 1 niece and 1 nephew, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that all monies be given directly towards the funeral at the funeral home or the GoFundMe account.
