She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Rowe (Carson) and Ruth Rowe (King) of North Judson. She is survived by: her sons, Kasimir Leon Wera (Destiny) of North Judson and Johnnie Joseph Moss-Hillers (Vanessa) of El Paso, Texas; her siblings, Freddie John Rowe (Debbie) of Salyersville, Kenneth Mack Rowe (Mary) of Salyersville, Floyd Carson Rowe Jr. (Maryann) of Salyersville and Ruby Ann Frasure (Rabion) of Winamac, Indiana; and her granddaughter Sabriel Grace-Lynn Wera of North Judson, Indiana. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
