It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kareen A Nielsen of North Judson, Indiana, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kareen A Nielsen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl S. Schuyler and Clara Neupert; her husband Richard W. Nielsen; and her siblings, Stuart Schuyler, Lloyd Schuyler, Paul Schuyler, Clara Elizabeth Cahill (Schuyler) and Arlowa Vorm (Schuyler).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Nielsen (Susan), Linda Redlin (Kenneth), Kristine Christensen and Rebecca Cook (Anthony); and her grandchildren, Genny Hartley (Bryan), Beth O'Halek (Rik), Katrina Harper (Alvin), Erin Tunis (Bryan), Nicole Hinesley (Shane), Clayton Redlin (Jennifer), Erik Christensen (Danielle), Justin Nielsen (Kelly), Evan Christensen (Erica), Ethan Christensen, David Roessler (Kylee), Schuyler Cook, Whitney Smith (Eli), Karsten Cook (Hannah) and Myanna Cook. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held for both KAREEN A NIELSEN AND RICHARD W NIELSEN (due to the Covid restrictions are the time of Richard's death) at 2:00 CST at St. Peters Lutheran Church with visitation from 12:00pm CST until the time of service, on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
