He was predeceased by: his parents, John Godsey and Lottie Godsey (White); his daughter Tracy Haddix; and his sister Fannie Hunnicutt. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Young of North Judson; his sons, Johnny Godsey of Florida and Joe Godsey of Florida; his son-in-law Brandon Haddix of Knox; his daughter Jennifer Howard (Jason) of Westfield; and his brothers, Floyd Godsey (Beverly) of North Judson, Genes Godsey (Bonita) of North Judson and Gene Godsey of North Judson, Indiana.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
