It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Conley of North Judson, Indiana, born in Lackey, Kentucky, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Jean (Caudill) and Jay Conley, Jr.; and his daughters, Heather Dawn and Angela Marie Conley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Conley (Martin); his children, Daphne Shawn Conley of North Judson and Clayton Neil Conley of Plymouth; his granddaughter Jessica Paige Dunlap (Jason) of Plymouth; his great grandchildren, Alyviah Kimberly Dunlap and Ezra Alexander James Dunlap; and his brother Johnny Conley (Dawn) of North Judson, Indiana..
In lieu of flowers his wish was to have contributions made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
