He is survived by: his wife LaQuita Vowell McCoin; his children, R. David McCoin (Diana), Royce McCoin, Bruce McCoin (Rendi), Curt McCoin, Beverly Spencer (Edward) and Melanie Taylor (John); and his grandchildren, Rochella, Myka, Renee of Valerie, CJ, Brandon, Logan, Douglas, Darren, Duane, Kara and Sydney. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
