She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R. and Ruby M. Beckett (Hamm); her husbands, John H. Douthitt and Daniel A. Lamphier; her daughter Johnette Douthitt; and her sister Carol Sue Beckett Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Luana Douthitt Polley (Steve) of Florida; her grandchildren, John R., Laicken R. Gue, Thomas R. Polley and Peyton J. Gue; and her siblings, Bobby Beckett (Marylou), John Beckett (Diana), Bonnie Peck (Dennis) and Mary Woodworth (Robert).
