It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gellis Minix of North Judson, Indiana, born in Knox, Indiana, who passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Gellis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gellis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Minix and Marjorie Minix; his wife Semone Minix; and his siblings, Wade Minix, Linda May, Diane Wright and Carla Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Villane (Dominic), Michelle Hutton (Austin) and Emrald Brown; and his siblings, Brenda Conley and Willard "Bub" Minix Jr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Full Gospel Assembly Parsonage (408 S Portland St, Knox, IN 46534). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
