He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Howard and Mary Neely Howard; his son Bruce Anthony Howard; and his siblings, Wetzel B. Howard, Joy Whited, Velma Howard and Beatrice Howard.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Osofsky (Jeff) of New Jersey; his sisters, Sandra Ann Layman of Florida and Bonnie Lou Howard of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Jordyn Osofsky, Camryn Osofsky, Sydney Osofsky, Rebecca Howard and Tracy Howard.
