He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen B. Ludington, and Vivian Eileen Ludington, Sr. (McLaughlin); and his siblings, Dennis Ludington and Catherine Keen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Rieckermann; his stepchildren, Victoria Ludington (Doug Lowery) of Chesterton, Rob Hunt of Valparaiso, Tammy Hunt (Billy Alger) of Medaryville, Jennifer Hunt-Wentz of Crown Point and Mark Kara of Hobart; his grandchildren, Arthur, Luke, Coral, Courtney, Haleigh, Felicia, Jaden and Kloe; his great grandchildren, Breena and Harloe; and his sisters, Barbara Pryatel and Beverly Schwab (Tim).
