He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Bruner and Susie Bruner (Belcher); his former wife Barbara Bruner; and the mothers of child, Barbara Bruner and Linda Bruner.
He is survived by: his son Gary Bruner (Laura) of Indianapolis, Indiana.; and his siblings, Bill Bruner, Ronnie Bruner, Maybel England, Martha Bruner and Evelyn Wilson.
