He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Lee and Deloris Prewitt Hawkins; and his siblings, Donald Hawkins and Dana Zaring. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay McGuire; his sons, Aaron Lee Hawkins of Louisville and Koty Allen Hawkins of Brownstown; and his sister-in-law Nancy Hawkins (Lutes).
