He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Goforth and Mary Brewer Goforth; his granddaughter Chloe Davidson; and his siblings, Bill Goforth, Jack Goforth and Mary Jane Flemming.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hayes; his children, Brad Goforth (Sheila) of Lanesville, Kim Lockman (Brad) of Brownstown and Tracey Davidson (Jon) of Norman; his sisters, Joyce Barrett of Frankton, Marilyn Bond of Norman and Norma Sanderson of Norman; his grandchildren, Brittany Darlage (Trent), Bradi Sutherland (Logan), Levi Goforth (Whitney), Layton Goforth (Jessica), Alex Goforth, Natalie Hentrup (BJ) and Christopher Davidson; and his great grandchildren, Madison Darlage, Tyson Darlage, Kasey Sutherland, Anna Sutherland, Isla Goforth, Dallas Goforth, Garrison Hentrup, Bratcher Hentrup and Berkeley Hentrup. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
