With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Alvin Banister of Norman, Indiana, who passed away on September 20, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Banister and Margaret Carmer Banister; and his siblings, Michael Banister, Becky Sandlin, Mary Robbins and Susie Banister.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Banister (Brittany) of Scottsburg, Aaron Banister (Joy) of Freetown, Kegan Banister of Norman, Gloria Banister (Brandon Smith) of Deputy and Amy Banister of Louisville, Kentucky; his siblings, Clyde Banister of North Vernon and Kay Cornett (Rick) of Butlerville; and his grandchildren, Porter Banister, Claire Banister, Aiden Banister, Maggie Banister, Aubrie Banister and Jacob Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Kurtz Cemetery.
