She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Saathoff and Margaret Saathoff; her siblings, Ruth "Ruby" Black of Greencastle, Amy Insley of Rockville and Russell Saathoff of Greencastle; her husband Norman W. Stewart; and her daughter Linda Mallory of Brownsburg.

She is survived by: her brother Chuck Saathoff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as 53 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

There, she attended Midlands Christian Church, Lexington, S. C., until the pandemic.
