He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Morrison and Lucena Morrison (Kinsey); his daughter Laura Sue Morrison; and his sister Carolyn Poteet (Don). He is survived by: his wife Janie L. Morrison; his children, Sherri Lynne Mitchell, Douglas Alan Morrison (Mary Beth) and Jeffrey Wayne Morrison (April Marie); and his brother Jim Morrison (Jeannine). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
