It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thomas Fennell of Noblesville, Indiana, born in New Market, Tennessee, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Fennell and Agnes Fennell (Stallsworth); his wife Sandra "Sandy" Fennell (Kakasuleff); and his siblings, Margie Vore, Barbara Brandon, Roger Fennell, Carl Fennell and Judy Scholl.

He is survived by: his children, Gregg Fennell (Amanda) of Fishers, IN, Tanya Runyan of Noblesville, IN and Trina Fennell of Arcadia, IN; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Weisman (Bruce) of Lebanon, TN, Emily Weiss (Michael) of Carmel, IN, Erin Runyan of Nora, IN, Sarah Hiatt of Arcadia and Joe Hiatt of Carmel, IN; his great grandchildren, Annabelle Weisman, Max and Charlie Weiss; and his sisters, Wanda Knipp of Pershing, IN, Darlene Gray (James) of Cambridge City, IN and Alice Good (Paul) of Oro Valley, AZ..
