He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Blackford and Amelia Blackford (Kuhn). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Blackford; his children, Tracy Watkins and Jeff Blackford (Cathy); his sister Margaret Renihan (Larry); and his grandchildren, Lexi Watkins, Braeden Watkins, Emma Blackford and Logan Blackford.
