She was predeceased by: her mother Alma Ruth Ryan; her husband John Thomas Phillips; her daughter Deborah Marie Coate; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Lechter and Betty Jane Ryan.
She is survived by: her sister Martha Hale of Kentucky; her son-in-law Thomas Coate of Noblesville; her grandson Isaac Coate of Noblesville; and her children, Foundation, Meridian Street and Suite.
