He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Webb and Virginia Belle Webb (Sumner); his wife Barbara Stauffer Webb; his sister Mary Lou Kowal (Webb) of Wilmington, NC.; and his children, William Sumner Webb, Nancy Margaret Karl (Dick), David Stauffer Webb (Jane), Mary Ruth Pate (Tom) and Allison Webb. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
